Designed to address muscle and connective tissue pain due to poor posture, injury, or other causes such as repetitive motion strain or sports related injury. The techniques of Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and Deep tissue Massage are used during this massage. Stress reduction will also be addressed during this session.

Raindrop Technique
Using only Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, this technique helps remove micro-organisms, release toxins, strengthen the immune system, ease respiratory discomfort, relax stressed muscles, relieve the body of bone and joint discomfort and reduce inflammation. This session will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with an overall sense of well being!

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage is the gentle manual manipulation of tissue in order to move lymph fluid, which flows just under the surface of the skin, and flush the lymphatic system. This therapy is very light, but gets amazing results!

For relaxation and to relieve some of the discomforts of the pregnant body, this is a therapy designed to pamper any Mom-to-be. During the session, any tension will be addressed along with any other specific needs.

Infant Massage
Beneficial for all babies, massage can facilitate bonding with parents/guardians. Infant massage is also beneficial for healthy sleep patterns, weight gain, and to relieve common problems such as colic. During this session, Rachel will walk you through the steps of the massage and teach you how to replicate the techniques at home. It is best to schedule this appointment when your baby is usually in his active play state and not during a feeding or nap time.
